If you are ever in a pinch and need work done, big or small, these are the people to go to. I hit not one but two nails in the same tire and they were able to patch both holes in a matter of about 25 minutes. When they told me that there were two nails, I thought that I would be paying double price, but they are incredibly fair and only charge me for the one. The front office people are incredible to talk to and work with as well.

Start off by saying these guys at the shop are amazing ! They go above and beyond to try to help any way they can even when it comes down to saving the customer money. I brought in my 2011 Range Rover HSE as they work on many high end vehicles. They diagnosed the vehicle and unfortunately needed a new engine. Kurt went above and beyond to locate an engine and even give me prices. Bring your vehicle to this garage they are fast & efficient and have good prices all around !

I’ve been looking for a foreign automotive repair shop that I can build a relationship with to take my vehicle to. I took my vehicle to DK HARDEE Automotive for an oil change and some issues I was having with my vehicle. My service advisor Adam is awesome! He kept me informed throughout the process. I was provided with an outline of what the issues were and the estimated cost it would be for repairs. Adam advised me on what to repair based on importance. I was ready to complete my repairs. My advisor was not in the week I took my vehicle in for repairs. So I worked with other staff members. I want to thank my technician Zach for his hard work and dedication in getting the repairs done on my vehicle. This allowed me to pickup my vehicle by the weekend. Jennifer and Curt thank you both for keeping me updated on my vehicle when I called. I appreciate Curt staying later on Friday so I could pick up my vehicle. The entire staff showed great professionalism and a caring attitude!! I will continue to get my vehicle serviced there!

Outstanding business! I started taking my car here a year ago based on online reviews. I must say, that I have not been disappointed in the quality of work, honesty, fair price, and communication throughout. Speaking of, Jennifer does an amazing job at customer relations! She is professional, positive, and is a great addition to an already stellar lineup at the shop. The one recommendation I would have is to add either a shuttle service or a loaner vehicle program that would allow those of us that live outside of the county to drop off our vehicles before work hours. They worked on my daughter’s Mini Copper and the service was excellent. We already had a running checklist with them that they keep on file. That way, we can chip away at the various things. Recently, I went ahead and approved a bunch of work. I was expecting it to take 1-3 weeks, but it only took 3 days. When I say a lot of work, I mean A LOT! I was so impressed with the customer service at this place. There’s this stigma that women should always take a man with her when looking at cars and car repair because they would be taken advantage of. Well not here. I was so impressed with the customer service of the two in the front and with Curtis. They were so nice and I was having issues with my muffler and one of the guys at the front desk and Curtis got under my expedition in the rain. They really took their time so that could give the best professional advice. I truly appreciate that and I hope that this review brings the more business! The lady in the front offered an umbrella because she didn’t want me to melt 🤣. But I just appreciated them so much and will be back
